Sign in to your VeloVPN account
Use a one-time email code. There is no password to remember.
Request your code
Open Log in, enter your email address and choose Continue. VELO will send a six-digit code from [email protected].
Enter the code
Enter the code on the sign-in screen. It expires after 10 minutes and can be used once. Your website account is created after your first successful sign-in.
If the email has not arrived
Check the spelling of your address, then check Spam, Junk and other inbox folders. Wait at least one minute before requesting another code. Keep the sign-in screen open and use the code for that request.
If a code has expired or the allowed attempts are exhausted, request a new one. You can use Gmail or another email provider.
