From your first visit to your first connection, in three steps.
Get your VELO access
Open the VELO Telegram bot and tap Start. The bot is where you activate access, check your subscription and get your personal configuration link.
Choose an app for your device
VELO works with Happ, INCY and Karing. You only need one VPN app on each device. Our detailed setup guides use Happ.
Choose your platform on the Download page, or go straight to a device setup guide.
Add your configuration and connect
In the bot, send /connect and choose your device. Follow the import button, or copy the complete subscription link into your chosen app. Select an available VELO location and connect.
Approve your device’s VPN request if prompted. Keep your personal subscription link private.
