Use Telegram for your subscription
The VELO bot is where you manage existing subscription access, choose a plan, renew and get your personal connection configuration.
Use email to sign in on the website
The website uses a one-time email code. Signing in creates a website account, but it does not automatically bring across a subscription bought through Telegram.
Choose Link Telegram in your website account, open the bot and confirm the request. Return to the website to see your linked subscription and devices. If your access is missing, check the Telegram account you linked before purchasing again.
If you need help finding a subscription
Contact VELO support and explain which Telegram account you used. Include a receipt if your question is about a payment.
