Check that VELO is connected
Connect through your chosen VPN app, wait for the connected status and try another website first. If no website opens, start with the connection checklist.
Try another available location
Disconnect, select another available VELO location and reconnect. Reopen the AI service or refresh its browser page after the connection changes.
Check the service’s own requirements
A working VPN connection does not guarantee that every account or feature is available. The service may have its own regional availability, account or subscription requirements. Check the message shown by that service.
Describe the error to support
Tell VELO support which service you are opening, your VPN app and location, and the exact error. Mention whether it happens in a browser, a mobile app or both.
