Use VELO on another device

Check your plan

velo One includes two devices; velo Pro includes four devices. Check your current plan in the VELO bot. Ask support if you need help with a device allowance or an old device.

Set up the new device

Install one compatible app on the additional device, get your configuration from the bot and follow the setup guide for that platform. You do not need a separate Telegram account for each device.

If you have reached the allowance

Use the device-management options available in the bot, or contact VELO support to check which device should be removed. Check your allowance before adding another device.
