Create another Apple Account for the App Store
Create an account, then use it for Media & Purchases.
Create the account
Open Apple’s website
Go to account.apple.com and choose Create Your Apple Account.
Enter your details
Use your own email, a strong password, your birthday and the appropriate country or region. Provide a phone number you can continue to access.
Complete verification
Verify your email and phone number. Follow any additional prompts from Apple.
Use it for App Store downloads
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings › your name › Media & Purchases › Sign Out. Tap Media & Purchases again, choose Not [your name]? and sign in with the new account. This changes the account for purchases; leave your main iCloud account signed in.
Open the App Store, complete any account review and provide valid billing details if requested. Download the app if it is available in that store.
Before switching accounts
Switching Media & Purchases can remove downloaded Apple media. Purchases remain tied to the account used to obtain them. Apple may also apply a waiting period when associating a device with another purchase account.
